What the role involves

• Pick/ pack orders.
• Ensuring dispatch timescales are met.
• Managing and motivating a small team to work effectively under pressure.
• Arranging staff rotas and cover.
• Loading and unloading goods.

Skills and requirements

• Ideal candidates will have previous experience working within a retail or warehouse environment.

Confirmed role details

• 4 on 4 off shift basis, 5.30pm - 6am (12 hour shifts).
• Rate of .20ph-£13.50ph.
• This is a temporary Full Time position with excellent prospects of becoming permanent depending on performance.
