Team Leader – Extra Care

This Team Leader opportunity in Extra Care is built around person-centred care within an extra care housing complex, providing tailored support to meet individual needs. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

Building positive relationships within the extra care community. Conducting supervisions, team meetings, and mentoring Support Workers to ensure the highest standard of care.

What needs to be in place

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care required, with a willingness to work toward Level 3.
• A driving license and access to a vehicle are advantageous as occasional travel may be required.
• Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
