• Fully structured support for all Radis staff available with excellent career progression.

Skills and requirements

• Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3, or happy to gain the qualification.
• This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
• A driving license with access to a vehicle will be desirable but not essential.
• Radis Community Care was established in 2001 and has grown to become a leading provider of community based Social Care.

Confirmed role details

• This is a Full Time position, 50/50 Care and Admin, including a mixture of Shifts and Office Hours (9am - 5pm).
• 37.5 hours, per week, contract.
• Nat West Cushon Pension.

• Freeman Court has 65 one and two bedroom apartments designed to help local residents to retain as much independence and control over their lives as possible.
• This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a commitment to upholding dignity, choice, and respect in every aspect of care delivery.
• Be the first point of contact for care packages, offering supervision.
