• Previous experience as a Team Leader will be advantageous but not essential.
• Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3.
• This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

• Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader to join our team based in The Paddocks Extra Care Scheme in Chipping Norton Oxfordshire OX7.
• The Paddocks provides a mix of 44 one and two-bedroom apartments with many on-site facilities including a hair salon, post office, restaurant and therapy room.
• As a Team Leader you will provide support to our extra care complex, providing specialised support to individuals.
