What the role involves

• Supervise a team of Support Workers to deliver best practice and exceed quality standards of care.
• Supervise the delivery of person-centred service care.
• To support the maintenance of effective care record keeping to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Support your team to ensure they are compliant with all mandatory training requirements to undertake their role.
• Support colleagues. Requirement.
• QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience of working within a care/support environment.
• Knowledge of current relevant legislation relating to care standards, health and safety and food hygiene.
• Plan and organise the work load.
• Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adaptable in approach, being able to prioritise.
