What the role involves
- Supervise a team of Support Workers to deliver best practice and exceed quality standards of care.
- Supervise the delivery of person-centred service care.
- To support the maintenance of effective care record keeping to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Support your team to ensure they are compliant with all mandatory training requirements to undertake their role.
- Support colleagues. Requirement.
- QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience of working within a care/support environment.
- Knowledge of current relevant legislation relating to care standards, health and safety and food hygiene.
- Plan and organise the work load.
- Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adaptable in approach, being able to prioritise.
Confirmed role details
- A competitive rate of Up to £15.00 per hour.
