Team Leader

Team Leader focuses on ensure accuracy and compliance of epos system for customer records.

What the role involves

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of EPOS System for customer records.
• Be informed about current and new business initiatives and to provide feedback to your Business Manager.
• Act as the Aurora CRM lead within the team, ensuring CRM campaigns and priorities are clearly cascaded to Beauty Advisors.
• Supporting and coach the team in the effective day-to-day use of Aurora to build client relationships.
• Provide guidance to improve adoption and performance.
• Monitoring CRM engagement within the team.

Skills and requirements

• Complete all administration required accurately and on time.
• NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired but not essential).
• Experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clients.
• Client focussed and dedicated to providing a luxury experience.

Candidate fit

• In the absence of the Business Manager support the business with planning and ensuring there is fluid communication and follow up across the team.

Additional role context

• In the beauty room skilfully marrying the Art of Beauty and selling skills together to achieve KPI's. Supporting other therapists to execute as effectively.
• Communicate both verbally and written.
• Share CRM best practice and encourage consistent, accurate client data capture and follow-up.
