Team Leader
Team Leader focuses on ensure accuracy and compliance of epos system for customer records.
What the role involves
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of EPOS System for customer records.
- Be informed about current and new business initiatives and to provide feedback to your Business Manager.
- Act as the Aurora CRM lead within the team, ensuring CRM campaigns and priorities are clearly cascaded to Beauty Advisors.
- Supporting and coach the team in the effective day-to-day use of Aurora to build client relationships.
- Provide guidance to improve adoption and performance.
- Monitoring CRM engagement within the team.
Skills and requirements
- Complete all administration required accurately and on time.
- NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired but not essential).
- Experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clients.
- Client focussed and dedicated to providing a luxury experience.
Candidate fit
- In the absence of the Business Manager support the business with planning and ensuring there is fluid communication and follow up across the team.
Additional role context
- In the beauty room skilfully marrying the Art of Beauty and selling skills together to achieve KPI's. Supporting other therapists to execute as effectively.
- Communicate both verbally and written.
- Share CRM best practice and encourage consistent, accurate client data capture and follow-up.
