As a Team Leader in Radioactive Waste Strategy, the work centres on provision of strategic input to our company waste retrievals and decommissioning projects, potentially including on-site support. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

For management of frameworks and/or project portfolios. Project profitability and team utilisation targets.
Where someone would start
Provision of strategic input to our company waste retrievals and decommissioning projects, potentially including on-site support. Supporting to environmental underpinning activities to satisfy regulatory compliance ( environmental permitting, GRR, environmental management systems. Site-end state development projects including data gathering/analysis; options assessments; technical justification.

Strong leadership and operational judgement.
What is expected
- Degree qualification (or equivalent training and experience) in appropriate mathematical, physical science or engineering discipline.
- Experience of bid leadership and proposal preparation.
- Ability to manage time and priorities while working on several varied projects.
