Team Leader

Team Leader focuses on assessment of different options for waste or environment-related issues using recognised approaches such as bat and bpm.

What the role involves

• Assessment of different options for waste or environment-related issues using recognised approaches such as BAT and BPM.
• Site-end state development projects including data gathering/analysis.
• Waste planning (waste management plans/cases, waste routing, feasibility assessments).
• Supporting to environmental underpinning activities to satisfy regulatory compliance ( environmental permitting, GRR, environmental management systems.
• Best practice studies or the development of guidance documentation.
• Provision of strategic input to our company waste retrievals and decommissioning projects, potentially including on-site support.

Skills and requirements

• Degree qualification (or equivalent training and experience) in appropriate mathematical, physical science or engineering discipline.
• Experience of bid leadership and proposal preparation.
• Ability to manage time and priorities while working on several varied projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring outputs to the requirements of different stakeholders.
