• Our Team Leaders will ensure that all practitioners are led and developed to have the same high standards with regards to ethos and aspiration via the mentorship and supervisions t.

Skills and requirements

• Progressive Care are a well-known provider of children’s services with over 25 years of experience in providing outstanding outcomes for our young people.
• To have achieved the Level 3 Residential Childcare or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications and be prepared and have the ability to develop further.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about children or adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism and potentially high levels of complexity of need.
• The ability to evidence the work you complete and be prepared to be inventive to build trust and expand the young people’s experiences.
