Team Leader focuses on to lead a team of employment specialists on the wla connect to work programme, supporting disabled people and those with learning difficulties into employment.
What the role involves
- To lead a team of Employment Specialists on the WLA Connect to Work programme, supporting disabled people and those with learning difficulties into employment.
- The post holder will support the Service Manager in maximising service outcomes and work closely with the wider Connect to Work programme team.
- Be expected to regularly attend community locations to build relationships and undertake activities such as shadowing.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.

- Will ensure consistent delivery of quality service standards within a designated area, meeting contract targets for referrals (starts on provision), engagement activity, employment.
- Expenses will therefore only be paid from the first work location.
