Team Manager focuses on upon successful completion of probation, autism360 will support you through your adir and ados training if not already completed, the clinical responsibilities associated with this.
What the role involves
- Upon successful completion of probation, Autism360 will support you through your ADIR and ADOS training if not already completed, the clinical responsibilities associated with this.
- Ensure a unified approach to patient care, ensuring consistency across Autism360 service. Through collaboration with the Deputy Head of Operations.
- Ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations and addressing any issues that may impact patient care or experience.
- Record clinical incidents, taking all necessary actions to ensure the immediate safety of patients, their families and staff.
- To be the first point of contact for your team members to report.
- Experience of overseeing & managing mental health risk &/or safeguarding concerns raised by your team. This must include the ability to contain.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified healthcare professional with current UK registration with the appropriate governing body (i.e. NMC, HCPC) with no restrictions on practice.
- Experience with remote work and conducting virtual clinics.
- Strong communication, empathy, analytical skills, and experience with neurodivergent individuals.
- Experience in conducting autism assessments using ADOS-2 and ADI-R assessment tools.
