What the role involves

• Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ensure any allergies are communicated promptly to the kitchen in the correct manner.
• Guide customers through our menu, recommend.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Be passionate while ensuring customers feel like they are family.
• Ensure you have an extensive knowledge of drinks and food of the menu.

• Previous experience in a customer facing and cash handling role.
• Outgoing, genuine, and friendly personality.
