What the role involves
- Alongside this, you’ll also provide some PA support to Directors, ensuring their diaries and communications stay on track.
- Coordinating meetings, events, and site visits for project teams.
- Supporting architectural teams with reports, filing, and contract administration.
- Maintaining project databases and documentation (Deltek, Newforma).
- Assisting with project calendars, timesheets, and expenses.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, consultants, and visitors.
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
