Technical Claims Specialist

Technical Claims Specialist focuses on in this role you will work closely with senior claims adjusters to provide a market leading claims service that supports a client focused philosophy.

What the role involves

• In this role you will work closely with senior claims adjusters to provide a market leading claims service that supports a client focused philosophy.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management and resolution of claims.
• Review loss adjuster reports and other supporting documentation.
• Effectively handle a designated caseload and escalate cases where necessary.
• Ensure the accuracy of reserves.

Skills and requirements

• Demonstrable claims experience with a broker, TPA or (re)insurance carrier.
• Familiarity with handling of 1st Party claims, property and /or Energy preferred.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication both verbally and in writing, with both internal and external stakeholders.
