Technical Consultant – Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform

Technical Consultant focuses on develop, and implement solutions using microsoft dynamics crm and power platform tools such as power apps, power automate, power bi, and power virtual agents.

What the role involves

• Develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, integrations, customisations, and migrations.
• Analysing business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support to clients and internal teams on Dynamics CRM and Power Platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver training, documentation, and presentations on Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions.
