What the role involves

• Supporting the NI Configuration Manager in delivering team objectives.
• Coordinating and contribute to the preparation of commissioning start activities.
• Organize and facilitate Configuration Days and stakeholder workshops.
• Delivering UKDC (UK Design Change) training.
• Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
• Resolving configuration-related incidents, non-conformances, and issues.

Skills and requirements

• Leadership experience in a highly regulated technical environment.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering or project engineering roles.
• Experience in cross-functional technical coordination.

Candidate fit

• A solid understanding of EPR (European Pressurised Reactor) design and engineering processes is essential.
