- Supporting the NI Configuration Manager in delivering team objectives.
- Coordinating and contribute to the preparation of commissioning start activities.
- Organize and facilitate Configuration Days and stakeholder workshops.
- Delivering UKDC (UK Design Change) training.
- Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
- Resolving configuration-related incidents, non-conformances, and issues.
Skills and requirements
- Leadership experience in a highly regulated technical environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering or project engineering roles.
- Experience in cross-functional technical coordination.
Candidate fit
- A solid understanding of EPR (European Pressurised Reactor) design and engineering processes is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build effective, collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
