Technical Coordinator
Technical Coordinator focuses on act as the first point of contact for technical enquiries on partnership deals, owning the coordinator and response.
What the role involves
- Act as the first point of contact for technical enquiries on Partnership deals, owning the coordinator and response.
- Act as the technical interface between internal teams, external solicitors and partner technical advisers, ensuring clarity and consistency of information provided.
- Supporting pre-contract technical due diligence for Partnerships transactions, including responding to partner and funder technical queries.
- Supporting technical sign-off at key transaction milestones (exchange, start Onsite, completion).
Skills and requirements
- Experience in working for a housebuilder, ideally with an understanding of Partnerships.
- To have an all-round knowledge of technical issues including a good understanding of Building Regulations.
- To be able to build close links with key regional functions and external advisors and/or partners.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across regions and external partners.
