As a Customer Service Advisor, the work centres on working within the Developer Services team, you will support investigation, analysis and cross-departmental coordination to deliver effective outcomes. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, patience, and reliable follow-through to the role.

Westland House, Belfast (hybrid working available after 3 months). A minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, must include English, or equivalent educational attainment.
