• Preparing detailed cost estimates and technical proposals for electronic security systems, including.
• Associated hardware, software and supporting infrastructure.
• Review tender documents, specifications and technical drawings to fully understand project requirements, identify risks.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical information and pricing, ensuring proposed solutions meet required standards and represent best value.
• Work collaboratively with operational and project delivery teams to ensure estimates are practical, deliverable and aligned with installation methodologies.
• Supporting value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives, balancing quality, performance and long-term commercial sustainability.
