Technical Executive

We are looking for a Technical Executive to support the efficient operation of our client's vessels, ensuring top-tier technical performance and compliance.

You will be a key player within our Ship Management Team, helping to deliver safe, reliable, and effective operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical assistance between vessel and vendors for accurate spares procurement
• Monitor and manage ship inventories using ship management systems (e.g., DNVGL)
• Support dry docking processes and maintain vessel documentation
• Track performance reports and key technical metrics
• Ensure synchronization and data accuracy across various systems including eORB, CFM, and running hours counters
• Conduct manual updates, report checks, and status tracking for class and compliance
• Collaborate with superintendents and crew to maintain operational excellence
• Assist with any additional technical duties as assigned

What We're Looking For Education & Experience

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or related field
• CoC Class 5/4/3 preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with ship management systems (DNV, AMOS, PAL, Bassnet, etc.)
• 1–2 years’ experience in ship management or ownership company
