• Overseeing engineering activities throughout the whole ESD testing process.
• Ensure ESD protocols and cleanroom standards are followed.
• Driving process improvements to improve efficiency, quality, and yield.
• Supporting equipment performance, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and the senior leadership team.
• Managing project delivery, timelines, and engineering resources.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in managing engineering teams within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing or test environment.
• Understanding of ESD or cleanroom environments.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or equipment engineering.
