• Building on a century of innovation, our 48,000 associates help deliver comprehensive science-based solutions, data-driven insights and world-class service to advance food safety.

Skills and requirements

• Can execute all operational tasks (changeovers, QC requirements, paperwork, cleaning within the room and acts as the subject matter expert within their nominated clean room.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and compliant production records.
• Proven experience and can demonstrate the ability to lead others.
• Proven experience with operational processes across Tier 1 cleanrooms (TSP, SF, and UDC).

Confirmed role details

• Owns and manages the teams shift production and drives the room performance to hit the hourly targets.
• 3 shift pattern - Nights 10pm - 6am - Days 6am - 2pm - Afternoons 2pm - 10pm.

Additional role context

• Supervise the development of T1 role into future T2 roles.
• Understands the AM requirements expected from within the clean rooms such as the completion of CILTs, adherence to settings, 5S standards etc.
