What you would be doing

Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria. Coordinating onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training. Managing relationships with DCT staffing agencies where we use them.

What you need

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or team staffing experience (formal or informal — managing a DCT pool counts).
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, environmental monitoring.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates.
