As a Technical Repair Assessor, the work centres on nVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or similar. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands vehicle repairs inside out and is ready to take the next step in their career. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with repairers, Customer Service, and independent engineers to keep the repair journey running smoothly for our customers.

Main responsibilities

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or similar. Authorising smaller claims (up to £2,500) and managing approvals within agreed limits. Working closely with repairers to resolve issues and avoid delays.
