Job description
As a Technical Site Supervisor (HVAP) in Canary Wharf, the work centres on monitoring and update CAFM systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records. It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion to the role.
Who the work supports
CBW is currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity with a leading Facilities Management (FM) service provider based in Canary Wharf. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality building services within a busy, occupied commercial environment, ensuring both planned and reactive works are completed.
How support shows up
Monitoring and update CAFM systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records. Supervise and coordinate building maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors. Review, approve, and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
The approach that fits
Carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion.
What needs to be in place
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- Experience using CAFM systems and producing reports.
- Valid and in-date HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) qualification (essential).
Job details
- Technical Site Supervisor (HVAP) - FM Service Provider - Canary Wharf, London - Up to £65,000 per annum.
- Day contract delivery and continuous improvement.
- Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm.
