What the role involves

• Support complex technical implementations and customisations across InterSystems platforms.
• Analysing enhancement requests, assessing feasibility, risk, and development effort.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations and platform configurations.
• Resolving acceptance issues pre- and post–go-live.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and training materials.

Skills and requirements

• Strong technical background in software development, integrations, and data-driven systems.
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript), SQL, and database concepts.
• Experience working in client-facing roles and delivering within fixed timelines.
• Ability to analyse complex technical problems.
