What the role involves

• Provide technical leadership that strengthens engineering governance, ensuring consistency in the application of processes, maintenance methodologies and compliance standards acros.
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies that minimise disruptions, reduce risk.
• Ensure all activities adhere to approved processes, policies and compliance requirements. Technical Assurance & Compliance.
• Report compliance across the account, ensuring demonstrable adherence to all relevant standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide technically accurate and assured updates to stakeholders, ensuring communications are based on validated engineering information. Process, Policy & Procedure Governance.
• Collaborate with central support functions and SMEs to identify innovation and best practice opportunities that enhance technical delivery and engineering governance.

Skills and requirements

• A comprehensive knowledge of current technical legislation, asset management and ISO standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO50000).
• Proven successful record of working at Senior Engineering Operations Level.
• Competent in the use of IT applications i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Proven change leader with the ability to drive cultural and behavioural transformation.
