Technical Support Assistant focuses on coordinating planned preventative maintenance (ppm) and reactive maintenance activities.

What the role involves

Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
Supporting the management of contractors and service providers delivering maintenance and minor works.
Review permits to work and associated RAMS documentation.
Monitoring contractor performance, work quality, and completion of tasks.
Assisting in maintaining compliance with site procedures and safe systems of work.
Carry out regular property inspections and audits.

Skills and requirements

Experience working within commercial office or mixed-use property environments.

Confirmed role details

Circa £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Permanent, Full-Time.
09:00–17:30 (flexibility required to support project delivery).
