• Be supported by colleagues across technical and operational areas, all working together to ensure systems deliver exceptional service and long-term value.
• Provide technical assurance and governance, proactively identifying risks and ensuring they are managed effectively.
• Maintain and prioritise a roadmap of system enhancements, balancing innovation with stability and operational needs.
• Collaboration will be key as you build strong relationships across teams and with third-party suppliers, holding partners accountable for delivery and performance.
