Technical Underwriter

This Technical Underwriter opportunity is built around developing , negotiate and profitably underwrite new and existing business to drive retention of the account, delivering underwriting excellence through specialist knowledge. What needs to be in place

• Proven significant Commercial Underwriting experience.
• Experience of acting as a coach, empowering others within a commercial environment including taking referrals.
• Experience of completing audits and providing feedback to improve underwriting performance.
