What the role involves

• We are seeking SC‑cleared Deployment Engineers to support the Project Manager on-site as part of project, a large‑scale Windows 11 laptop refresh programme.
• Deploy and configure Windows 11 laptops in line with project build standards.
• Provide on-site desk side support to end users during and after deployment.
• Ensure devices meet security,pliance, and asset management requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Escalateplex issues to relevant support teams where required.
• Experience supporting users in busy on-site environments.
• Ability tomunicate clearly with non‑technical users.
• Active SC Clearance (must be current).
