Technology Consulting Senior Manager

This Technology Consulting Senior Manager role is focused on own and manage relationships with key clients, anticipating clients’ needs to drive opportunities for Crowe. It would suit someone who can bring led and executed independent IT attestation services – ISAE 3402, SOC 2, SWIFT CSP audits and PCI DSS audits to the role.

How the role is set up

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, DORA, FCA/PRA requirements). In the context of a relatively small team, being prepared to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and support and engage in delivery in order to achieve a positive outcome.

Where someone would start

Own and manage relationships with key clients, anticipating clients’ needs to drive opportunities for Crowe. Technology Strategy & Operating Model – assess technology roadmaps and translate them into actionable plans to manage delivery and transformation risks. IT Security and Resilience – advise on improving technology security risk and resilience to support broader business operations.

What helps someone build confidence

Led and executed independent IT attestation services – ISAE 3402, SOC 2, SWIFT CSP audits and PCI DSS audits. Strong understanding of IT operations, resilience frameworks, and risk management.

What is expected

• Commercial accountability for team members’ time – demonstrating ability to manage and delegate work.
• Proven experience in technology risk consulting either within a professional services environment or industry.
• Experience in business development, including a record of sales or contribution to sales.
