Technology Operations Analyst
Job description
The Technology Operations Analyst position centres on we enable our customers to manage their money 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.

Where the technical work sits
- We enable our customers to manage their money 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Technical requirements
- Knowledge and experience of supporting either macOS or Windows is a must.
- As such, we are looking for people who can commit to 37.5 hours a week between 7am-10pm Monday to Sunday.
- Experience in operational support of suppliers and outsourced vendors is beneficial.
