This Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity with Data (9 month FTC) is built around using social and professional media platforms to attract passive candidates, building talent pools and candidate pipelines to service future hiring needs of the business. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Where the technical work sits

• Using social and professional media platforms to attract passive candidates, building talent pools and candidate pipelines to service future hiring needs of the business.
• Proactively sourcing and hiring great talent for Tesco Technology, this may be for a specific technology vertical or could be across multiple verticals as the business needs.
• Gathering and sharing candidate and market data and insights to influence improvements such as changes to salary bands, improvements to processes etc.

Technical requirements

• Experience using cloud based ATS systems and use the systems to deliver insight and analytics to the business.
• In house experience is advantageous, however a passionate recruiter within the agency environment who demonstrates pro-activity to move in house would also be considered.
• Experience in recruiting Data roles in Technology.
