  • Advise customers over the phone on the sale of car parts, accessories, and specialist automotive products.
  • Processing orders through automated systems.
  • Ensure accurate dispatch.
  • Managing stock levels to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
  • Support colleagues as required.

Candidate fit

  • Telesales Professional to join our friendly and supportive team.
  • Experience: Solid knowledge of car parts and accessories.
  • Motor Factor Background: Experience in a Motor Factor environment is a distinct advantage.
