- Advise customers over the phone on the sale of car parts, accessories, and specialist automotive products.
- Processing orders through automated systems.
- Ensure accurate dispatch.
- Managing stock levels to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Maintaining excellent customer service.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
- Support colleagues as required.
Candidate fit
- Telesales Professional to join our friendly and supportive team.
- Experience: Solid knowledge of car parts and accessories.
- Motor Factor Background: Experience in a Motor Factor environment is a distinct advantage.
