Job description

As a Chef de Partie in Glasgow and the surrounding areas are see, the work centres on supporting kitchen leadership, service flow, and food quality across service-by-service operations. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Role overview

Care Homes in Glasgow and the surrounding areas are seeking Relief Chefs. Our care home contracts require Temp Chefs to have PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) checks in order to work in their kitchens.

Main responsibilities

Supporting kitchen leadership, service flow, and food quality across service-by-service operations.

Requirements

  • In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • All chefs must have or be willing to apply for a PVG, and a current Food Safety Certificate.
  • Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
