How the role works day to day

Assisting and support teaching staff in a range of educational activities, both on and off the College premises. Supporting teaching staff to develop the curriculum for students with special educational needs. Assisting in the teaching of Foundation Learning skills.

Practical details

• Start date: As soon as possible or 25th August 2026 (depending on the availability of the successful candidate).
• 27 hours per week (over 4 days, Mon-Thurs) term time only.
• Point 6 to 8 - £25,558 to £26,343 per annum (payable £15,408.53 to £15,881.79 per annum depending on experience).
• Helens, Merseyside, specialising in Level 3 education.

What needs to be in place

• Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
