Role overview

The role involves working as part of a supportive team within a residential setting. Provide one-to-one key worker support for young people in supported accommodation.

Main responsibilities

Help young people build life skills and maintain their tenancies. Ensure all work is carried out in line with safeguarding policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

• Supporting individuals to access relevant services, education, and opportunities.
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise tasks.

Job details

• 🕒 Hours: Between 8:00am – 10:00pm on a rolling rota (Monday–Sunday).
• Shift pattern: Weekends.
• Additional detail: Flexible working options may be available.
