Skills and requirements
- Proven discipline or a degree qualification (Physics, electrical/electronic engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with microwave and/or optical measurements.
- Experience in a test and measurement engineering role (preferred).
- Understanding of statistical techniques for data analysis and reporting, as well as software-driven systems.
Candidate fit
- Over the past five years, they have grown into a recognised global leader in optical satellite communication and high-speed test and measurement devices.
- Establish procedures for calibration and maintenance to ensure reliable, accurate, and repeatable measurements.
Additional role context

- Conduct advanced testing and evaluation of some of the fastest optical modulator devices globally.
- Define and document test plans, instructions, and procedures to meet product and customer requirements.
