Supervisor focuses on assist the restaurant managers in the day to day running of the restaurant.

What the role involves

• Assist the restaurant managers in the day to day running of the restaurant.
• Provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers.

Skills and requirements

• We ask for at least 1 year's experience working in a quality restaurant.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service.
