  • Providing expert scrub support for general and orthopaedic cases.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
  • Collaborating effectively with departments such as Imaging, Wards, and Sterile Services.
  • Ensuring patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Upholding ethical and legal standards in your own practice and that of your colleagues.

Skills and requirements

  • Registered Practitioner (RGN or ODP) with current NMC/HCPC registration.
  • Post registration Scrub experience (NHS or Private).
  • Passion for high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Experience working as an Orthopaedic Scrub practitioner.

Confirmed role details

  • Full Time, Permanent 40 Hours Per Week.
  • 07:30 – 18:00 between Monday and Saturday.
  • Saturdays are 1 per month on average.
  • £30,400 – £37,300 per annum depending on experience.
