- Providing expert scrub support for general and orthopaedic cases.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Collaborating effectively with departments such as Imaging, Wards, and Sterile Services.
- Ensuring patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
- Upholding ethical and legal standards in your own practice and that of your colleagues.
Skills and requirements
- Registered Practitioner (RGN or ODP) with current NMC/HCPC registration.
- Post registration Scrub experience (NHS or Private).
- Passion for high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Experience working as an Orthopaedic Scrub practitioner.
Confirmed role details
- Full Time, Permanent 40 Hours Per Week.
- 07:30 – 18:00 between Monday and Saturday.
- Saturdays are 1 per month on average.
- £30,400 – £37,300 per annum depending on experience.
