Amazon MGM Studios is looking for a Theatrical Marketing Coordinator, with the role focused on supporting the Europe Marketing and Media departments, as well as local offices and the Int’l Marketing team, in facilitating pan-regional digital marketing activations. Role overview
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Europe Theatrical Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of theatrical marketing campaigns acros. The role reports into the Senior Theatrical Marketing Manager, Europe but will have to handle multiple stakeholder needs.
Main responsibilities
Supporting the Europe Marketing and Media departments, as well as local offices and the Int’l Marketing team, in facilitating pan-regional digital marketing activations. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the London based International and Europe Theatrical Marketing team as required. Managing and maintain internal tracking tools, timelines and reporting dashboards to support campaign visibility and progress tracking.

Requirements
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports.
- Experience in marketing coordination and/or marketing operations, ideally within entertainment or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or industry-equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
