What the role involves

  • Partner with global leadership to develop and localize strategic PR plans from greenlight through release.
  • Serve as the primary EMEA point of contact for regional PR teams, translating global priorities into actionable regional strategies and communicating local market insights to globa.
  • Driving title-specific and franchise/brand-level PR strategies across the full Amazon MGM Studios theatrical portfolio.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local territory PR teams across UKFIGS (UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain) and additional EMEA markets.
  • Driving cross-territory collaboration and idea-sharing mechanisms—establishing regular forums, toolkits, and best-practice frameworks.
  • Represent local campaign needs (editorial assets, content, talent access, promotional opportunities) to PR leaders.

Skills and requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience managing large teams across multiple locations and languages.
