Job description
The Threadmill Operator / Manual Turner position centres on participate in Continuous Improvement activities to drive improvements. It would suit someone who can bring supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

What the role carries
Maintaining machines daily and perform preventative maintenance tasks where required. Participate in Continuous Improvement activities to drive improvements. Operate all Threadmill machines and any future machinery.

What the role depends on
- Required daily to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and see (specific close vision abilities are required to perform computer work)Required occasionally to stoop, kneel, crouch and cra.
Practical details
- 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
- Be involved in further training and to provide training to peers and apprentices.
- Implement and improve the company’s Quality system.
- Qualified in material removal in such areas as turning, cylindrical grinding, milling.
