Tooling & Fixtures Technician

Tooling & Fixtures Technician focuses on prepare for scheduled cleaning cycles (approx. 1 trailer per week).

What the role involves

• Prepare for scheduled cleaning cycles (approx. 1 trailer per week).
• Sort jigs for cleaning.
• Report stock levels of jigs and fixtures.
• Coordinate repair of damaged fixtures with the Engineering team.
• Liaise with Production and Engineering teams regarding tooling, trollies, and fixtures requiring maintenance (including OWR, Paint & BIW areas).
• Safely oversee loading and unloading of fixtures from high-level racking.

Skills and requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments and external providers.
• Computer literate (confident using Excel to track stock and data).
• Valid forklift licence required.
• 6am-3pm Monday to Thursday, 11am finish on Friday.
