The Trade Management Associate position centres on resolving any queries in relation to the non-delivery of electronic confirmations to a client. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Role overview
Ensure data integrity within TM systems by validating against records received from 3rd party brokers. Date and in compliance with all regulations and requirements affecting the Trade Management Department.
Main responsibilities
Resolving any queries in relation to the non-delivery of electronic confirmations to a client. Delivering & manage the prompt allocation of executed transactions; liaising with desks, brokers, clients, clearer & agents for prompt clearing & subsequent reporting. Ensure that all trades are managed efficiently including delivery of trades to clients, reporting venues, or clearing houses/exchanges, as appropriate.

- Significant experience of working in fast paced or pressured environments.
- Demonstrated experience in training / mentoring junior colleagues.
- Significant experience in a similar organisation.
