This Traffic Modeller role with Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant is focused on steer’s Feasibility Design practice is looking to expand its traffic modelling offer by recruiting a modeller into our London-based team to deliver a broad portfolio of projects. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.
Where the work sits
Full‑time employees are encouraged to spend 60% of their time either in the office or on‑site with clients, with a typical work week of 37.5 hours. Steer is committed to ensuring a fair, livable wage.
How the role works day to day
Steer’s Feasibility Design practice is looking to expand its traffic modelling offer by recruiting a modeller into our London-based team to deliver a broad portfolio of projects. We will support your growth and development in modelling or analysis depending on your preferences, with a personal supervisor and technical guidance to help your career flourish. Lead the analysis of multi‑modal modelling assessments with support from the wider design team.

Practical details

- Strong experience with LinSig and Vissim (or other microsimulation software).
