Trainee Audiologist focuses on supporting hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings under supervision.

What the role involves

• Supporting hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings under supervision.
• Assisting with taking patient histories and helping determine clinical pathways.
• Providing counselling and follow‑up support for hearing aid users.
• Attending university‑based training sessions and completing coursework.
• Travelling between clinics across East & West Sussex as required (driving licence essential).

Skills and requirements

• 3 GCSEs (C/4 or above), including English and Maths.
• Minimum 32 UCAS tariff points (ideally in a science or health‑related subject).
