• We are seeking a Trainee Behaviour & Wellbeing Support Worker for a specialist provision near Peterlee, dedicated to empowering young people with additional needs.
• Work with experienced colleagues to embed consistent approaches that support pupils’ readiness to learn and engage meaningfully with their environment.
• Help implement behaviour support plans and wellbeing strategies.
• Supporting pupils to manage emotions.
• Encourage social skills and positive peer relationships.
