Trainee CSU Operator

Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Trainee CSU Operator based at our Wakefield Depot to help us to develop our ambitious plans. This role with be based on a Days (Monday to Friday) shift pattern.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing our customers daily volumes.
• Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
• Dealing externally with our customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. 
• Must be happy working on a 4on/4off shift pattern

An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not essential for this role.
